How do crystals work? 

 

Crystals work when you consciously tune in to their unique vibration.

Each particular crystal's frequency can help with different things. For example, the frequency of a Rose Quartz crystal is perfected matched to heal the heart chakra. ​

Crystals should not be treated as miracle cures for ailments. They are a powerful complimentary therapy, but they should always be used alongside other kinds of medicine and healing practices, and never instead of (obvs)

What is Reiki?

​

Reiki stands for Universal (or Divine)- Energy (Rei-ki). A Reiki treatment is a spiritual healing treatment, which uses energy transfer to bring balance to the Chakras (governing energy points) of the body.

Reiki can also be used to 'charge' the energy of other things, including, of course, crystals. ​

How do you make your creations? Do you make every piece yourself?

​​

Yes, I make every Copper Myst piece myself, at home in my dedicated workspace.  They are sculpted with epoxy clay, crystals, hammered copper, and copper leaf. 

​

How do I care for my Copper Myst talisman?

​

Handle with care as some crystals can be fragile. Avoid contact with water and/or soap and chemicals, to avoid damaging the varnished surface over the clay / copper leaf.

How can I cleanse and charge my crystal talisman?

​

It's good to cleanse crystals regularly to rid them of any unwanted energies they might be holding. Charging your crystals ensures that their vibration is as high and pure as possible, so you can reap their full healing benefits.

​

You can cleanse your Copper Myst crystal jewellery using sound, smoke, or visualisation. You can charge them by placing them in sunlight, moonlight, or placing them on high-vibrational crystals such as Selenite.

How should I choose which piece is right for me?

​

The general rule when choosing crystals is to go with what you are automatically drawn to. Don't overthink it.

 

If you are buying crystals in person, then get used to handling them and feeling which of the different energies resonate with you the most.

 

If you are choosing online, you will need to use your imagination and intuition: Look at the photos and really try to imagine yourself holding that piece. Imagine how it would feel in your hand. You may imagine one piece and feel instinctively that you really want to hold it for real, that it is meant for you! ​

Do you allow exchanges if I change my mind?

​

I am happy to offer an exchange on all items if you change your mind and get in touch within 14 days of purchase. 

If an item arrives to you damaged or faulty, I will repair it for free and cover the cost of the postage for you to send it back to me.

Are Copper Myst crystals ethically sourced?

 

Yes. I source all of my crystals from two major UK wholesalers, and cabochons from a a family business in India, all of whom I trust to be ethical and sustainable.
