All orders are posted with Royal Mail for a service that ensures peace of mind about your Copper Myst treasure arriving safely to you.
UK parcels are sent 'tracked 48'.
If you want them to be sent special delivery (next working day) then please contact me and we can arrange this.
I aim to post your piece(s) to you within 3 days of you placing your order.
RETURNS
I am happy to offer an exchange on all items if you change your mind and get in touch within 14 days of purchase.
Buyer pays return postage.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for me to repair it for free, and refund you the postage cost of sending it back to me.
If after 7 days of receipt a piece of jewellery is found to be faulty, please see below:
Repair work that becomes necessary through no fault of the buyer will be done for free, (for example if a crystal falls out from a piece, this happens very occasionally with smooth stones)
If you dropped your talisman or damaged it somehow, and crystal needs replacing, a fee will be requested for the work. This fee will vary according to what needs to be done.
If for any reason you need to return a piece, just send an email to amy@coppermyst.com, and we can organise according to your specific requirements.
