All orders are posted with Royal Mail for a service that ensures peace of mind about your Copper Myst treasure arriving safely to you.
Postage costs are based on the weight of your total order, and the prices are as follows:
UK (2-4 working days)
0 - 2kg = £4.20
2 - 5kg = £9.99
5 - 10kg = £21.25
10 - 20 kg = £29.55
Europe (5-10 working days)
0 - 250g = £10.65
250 - 500g = £12.10
500g - 1kg = £14.10
1kg - 2kg = £15.25
Everywhere else (5-10 working days)
0 - 250g = £13.45
250 - 500g = £18.10
500g - 1kg = £24.50
1 - 2kg = £31.95
Please contact me directly to enquire about sending parcels above 2kg overseas.
UK parcels are sent 2nd class signed for. If you want them to be sent special delivery (next working day) then please contact me and we can arrange this.
I aim to post your piece(s) to you within 3 days of you placing your order.
RETURNS
I am happy to offer an exchange on all items if you change your mind and get in touch within 14 days of purchase.
Buyer pays return postage.
Refunds can be offered only when an item is faulty. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a refund.
After this time, and within 30 days of receipt, an exchange will be offered.
After 30 days of receipt no refund or exchange will be given, even for faulty items, unless you can provide proof that the item was faulty on receipt.
If after 30 days of receipt a piece of jewellery is found to be faulty, please see below.
Most repair work on jewellery will be done for free, (for example if a crystal falls out from a piece, this happens very occasionally with smooth stones) unless there is reason to believe the item wasn't handled with the appropriate care required to keep it in good condition, in which case a fee will be requested for the work. This fee will vary according to what needs to be done.
