Your session begins with a video chat so that we can connect and set our intentions for our session(s).

  • Opening Conversation – check in, share how you’re feeling, and decide whether to work with a specific intention or simply see what arises.
     

  • 30 Minutes of Distance Reiki – you relax in a quiet, comfortable space while I channel Reiki energy to you, supporting your healing on spiritual, emotional, and physical levels.
     

  • Closing Reflection – a chat afterwards to share insights, sensations, or messages that came through during your session.
