When you’ve alchemised and integrated the things you currently think of as your ‘weaknesses’, and crystallised them into a clear message that communicates the uniqueness of your work, you become magnetic to your dream clients.

Alchemising my struggles into my strengths was exactly how I went from feeling stifled as a spiritual businesswoman - my crystal talismans being my main source of income - to centering my Reiki healing at the heart of my business and starting to help other women to market their own healing.

Learning how to crystallise my message, so that people can hear me, understand me, and want what I have to offer, is what lead me to signing dream clients.

HERE'S MY STORY:

 

18 months ago I had a problem. 

 

I had a nearly 2 year old. My spiritual business - selling my handcrafted crystal talismans, which I’d rebuilt after a huge pause for mat leave - was doing pretty well again, but

 

-I didn’t have much time for making. 

- It wasn’t bringing in the kind of money I wanted. 

- I could just about keep up with demand - scaling what I was already doing wasn’t an option.

 

I desperately wanted to find a way to make more money without sacrificing my freedom, and the time I got to spend with Oscar.

 

But what did I have to offer that I could scale?

Alls I’d done for years was Copper Myst - selling my creations, crystals, and offering Reiki treatments. 

 

​The options available to me were:
 

• Make more creations and spend lots of time advertising them - scaling my product-based business. Inevitably having to spend a lot of time without Oscar and work work working. 

• Start offering in person Reiki again and scale treatments  - but where would I practise from? And did I even want to do that? Again, it would only scale to something too full-on for me to have enough time. 

 

I wanted something that felt liberating, that lit me up and felt exciting, and that also provided me with the time-freedom that I value above all. 

 

I also had this ITCH to bring more of my power to the forefront of my business. Not just offering crystal creations - but really going deep into what was at the core of my brand - healing and empowerment, and making a bigger IMPACT. 

 

I knew I was at an income cap with my talismans, even if I scaled further there was only so far I could go. I decided I needed to move into something new to start making more of an impact.I wanted to try bringing my healing offerings online - to expand in a way that fitted around my schedule as a mum. 

 

My first online offering was a digital manifestation journal that I thought was great!

 

But for some reason, it just didn't sell. I didn’t understand it at the time. 

 

I could see other people successfully making an impact online, so what was I doing wrong? 

 

I thought it must be the whole concept - maybe it’s not possible to offer in-depth healing and spiritual support online, it was only in-person that people wanted? 

 

But then I invested in some courses to learn more about marketing. 

 

I realised that the concept itself of online spiritual work wasn’t the problem - and in fact, there are plenty of other spiritual business women making big money from their healing work in the online space. 

 

So I COULD make an impact selling my healing work online, but the thing that was holding me back?

 

It was how I was COMMUNICATING what I have to offer. 

 

I wasn’t translating the brilliance of my healing into marketing that had my ideal clients saying ‘I need this’. 

 

I was overcomplicating my message, using language that was blocking my ideal clients from understanding why they needed my offerings - what’s unique about my work, and what problems it solves for them. 

 

So I learnt all about marketing, messaging, and online communications. And I realised it wasn't just me that was struggling to bring her full power to the forefront in her business: Lots of spiritual business women struggle to expand and sell online. Marketing is something that can be especially tricky for spiritual business owners, whose work is often less tangible, and so more difficult to put into clear words.

 

You’re offering incredible, powerful, divinely sent work, but you have no idea how to sell it in a bigger way, because you don’t know how to market it. 

 

It’s not because you’re not incredibly gifted that you’re struggling to expand your spiritual business. It’s not because people don’t want what you have to offer, or because your healing work is ‘too niche’, or because it’s impossible to deliver it online. 

 

No: You’re stuck with a capped income and a stifled mission because you’re scared to show up and sell, for fear of being judged, of being too much. Or, you just don’t have a clue how to sell  - what to say, and how to say it in a way that calls your soul-aligned clients into your world. 

 

So you shrink yourself, and restrict the incredible gifts you have to offer. And this is the opposite of what the world needs! So, I decided to do something about this problem:
